How To Enroll / Make Changes

To enroll, visit my.adp.com. Employees can view benefits information, enroll, update beneficiaries, or make qualified life event changes.

Year-Round Enrollment

You may enroll, change or cancel enrollment at any time in the Health Savings Account, Savings Plan, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. You may cancel or apply for coverage Basic, Supplemental, and Dependent Life Insurance with an approved Statement of Health/Evidence of Insurability.

Mid-Year Benefits Changes

  • When changes happen in your work or personal life, your benefits may need to change too. If you're eligible to make changes to your medical, dental, legal insurance, and/or flexible spending accounts, you must make the change within 30 calendar days of the date of your qualifying life event. Otherwise, you may have to wait until the next Open Enrollment period (typically in October) to enroll for benefits effective the following January 1.
  • To request a mid-year election change because of a qualifying event, log-on to the ORNL Benefits Enrollment website at my.adp.com, select Declare Life Event, select your Life Event from the drop-down menu and make your enrollment elections. You may also call the ORNL Benefits Service Center at 800-211-3622.

New Employees

As a new employee, you have 30 calendar days beginning on your date of hire or your date of eligibility to enroll. The 30-day time limit begins on the day of the event and ends 29 days thereafter. You are guaranteed coverage in the medical, dental, legal insurance, life insurance, and flexible spending plans when you meet that deadline. See the Employee Benefits Guide for more information.
