Your Savings Plan

Your 401(k) savings plan is a tax-advantaged savings program that allows you to set aside a portion of your pay for retirement. Through this plan, you can defer money from your paycheck and the company will also make matching contributions on your behalf. The plan is designed to help you build long-term retirement savings, and the Summary Plan Description (SPD) provides detailed information on important features such as contribution limits, the company match, and how vesting works. We encourage you to review the SPD carefully to understand how the plan works and how you can make the most of it.

Note: Postdocs, except certain named fellows, are not eligible for the Company match.
